The US Government is functioning against excessive photo manipulation especially against the photos containing exaggerated effects. 

In present world; photo manipulation carries both positive and negative meaning. Positively it can develop one’s creativity and negatively this program can erase the natural beauty by eliminating the attractiveness and loveliness of apprehending something so natural and magnificent.
